Units marked with a # require the practical demonstration of skills in a simulated work environment.

A variety of options are available to complete practical assessments including through private one-on-one or small group assessment (in person or via Skype), submitting a video recording, or in your own workplace.

Progress through your course is achieved by completing each unit’s assessment book, and 1 practical demonstration.

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, your Certificate and Transcript of Academic Record will be issued by the College of Leadership & Business. You will be prepared for a career in human resources in any industry, such as retail, banking or IT.

Entry Requirements

To gain entry into this course, you will need to have:

  • If under 21 years of age, have completed Year 12 in the Australian secondary school system or its equivalent, or have a minimum qualification level of Certificate III; or
  • If over 21 years of age, can either meet the aforementioned requirements or be able to demonstrate sufficient life experience (work or study) deemed appropriate by COLAB.

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee for this course is either:

  • Reduced Upfront Credit Card Payment of $3,490, or
  • Credit Card with initial payment of $235, with 17 subsequent equal monthly payments of $235 per month, due on the same day of each following months.

What Happens Next?
